For New Users

As this is the first time you have accessed NrG Web Highway, this document will briefly explain the reason for the required setup prior to using the service, and provide the instructions to perform this setup.

NrG Web Highway is developed at NrG with the Java development language using the Java Development Kit (JDK) developed and distributed by Sun Microsystems. This JDK is a plug-in (version 1.8.151) required on your desktop in order to run NrG Web Highway. This is a one-time-only setup. In future, you will be able to log on to NrG Web Highway directly. Make sure you have obtained your User ID and Password from your company's Highway administrator before attempting to log on.

To successfully complete the setup, you will need to:

We suggest you print this document by clicking the Print button on the browser, before you start the setup.
